To report lost or stolen cards call 086 111 4093 between 9am – 11pm any day of the week. Lost or stolen cards can be replaced at a cost of R85.00. The user will be liable for this fee. This fee will be deducted from the credited amount on the card.

Present your Compliments gift card for payment. The teller will swipe the card. Provided there are sufficient funds and the terminal is online, the transaction should go through. The Compliments gift card cannot be used to draw money from ATMs or to make purchases over the telephone or the Internet.
The Compliments retail network has a great variety of top South African retailers at which the Compliments gift card can be used.
All Compliments gift cards are inactive when they leave our offices. Inactive cards cannot be used to make purchases and will reflect a zero rand balance. This is a security measure to ensure safe delivery of gift cards.
The Compliments gift cards will only be activated when delivery is confirmed by the recipient. This may be an automatic process managed by the client who has distributed the Compliments gift cards, or the recipient of the gift card may be required to contact Accor Services on 08611 2267 to request activation.
Accor Services uses Dawn Wing as a third party delivery company. Compliments gift cards are delivered to clients or end-users (on behalf of the client) across South Africa.
Accor Services chose Standard Bank as it is a reputable, reliable and stable bank. All payments are made into a trust account at Standard Bank which is overseen by independent trustees to ensure accountability, transparency and security.
