Accor Services awarded Level 2 BBBEE Status
Accor Services has been awarded as a Level 2 contributor by Empowerdex. With an exceptional
score of 98.6 out of a possible 100, Accor Services, as an international company, has
demonstrated that the company ethic, to go the extra mile, holds fast.
Alastair Campbell, Manager, notes the value that this achievement has for partners and clients,
"Any company dealing with us is able to rate their spend at 125% of the actual value. This
creates immense value and opportunity for company’s wishing to direct their spend."
New Look & Feel
Accor Services has just launched the first of its dedicated product websites at
www.compliments.co.za.
Specially designed according to both clients and retailers needs,
the Compliments Card website explains the different Compliments Card options, gives access
to the retail network, and also links to the exclusive My Compliments Card online store among
others.

Accor Services Supports Philanthropy
The South African Institute of Development (Inyathelo) recently held its annual celebration
of South African philanthropists at Ratanga Junction in Cape Town. Accor Services was a sponsor.
Accor Services sponsored R40 000 towards the Awards Ceremony, and donated a further R40 000
towards the benefit of the organisation chosen by each awardee. In the spirit of philanthropy,
each awardee could choose to donate the R5000 loaded on a Phalala Card (Accor Services’ Social
Benefits Card) to any organisation that would benefit the community.
