Breaking New Ground

Accor Services recently attended and delivered a paper at the Cards Africa 2009 Conference hosted at the Sandton City Convention Centre.

The paper titled, "Breaking New Ground in Prepaid Cards" was delivered by Antony Lodge, Accor Services’ Project and Development Manager.

Themes covered in the paper ranged from "Developing a strong and unique prepaid value proposition" to "Ensuring end-user 'buy-in' through usability and familiarity" and "Partnering with major brands to access key customer segments."

The paper was welcomed with interest and questions from the variety of individuals representing the leading companies across this market segment globally.

Four audience members were also delighted to discover they had chosen lucky seats when it was announced that Compliments Cards loaded with Rands had been hidden underneath seats for them to spend as they pleased.
